COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Civic Education: Civic comes from the Latin word civics, meaning “relating to a citizen”, Civic Education (also known as citizen education or democracy education) can be broadly defined as the provision of information and learning experiences to equip and empower citizens to participate in democratic processes. It refers to both the formal and informal training given to the citizens of a country, to develop in them the knowledge, values and skills needed for effective participation in the political process and the civil society. It covers all the processes that affect peoples beliefs, commitments, thoughts, and actions as members of communities.
CERTIFICATION:
At the end of this course, if a student scores 80% and above in all the continuous assessment tests and assignments, you will receive a certificate from the school
